and beyond...Welcome to the Comparative Theriogenology and Reproductive Pathology Service at the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Since 2015, the OSU Comparative Theriogenology and Reproductive Pathology Servicehas provided specialized reproductive pathology expertise to the veterinary reproductive medicine community, nationally and internationally. The reproductive pathology service aims to support general practitioners as well as theriogenologists by providing histopathology diagnostic support for reproductive disease.

The reproductive pathology service will be closed from 6/7/2025 to 6/15/25. Formalin fixed specimens can be shipped to the service and will be processed for evaluation after 6/15/25. Please do not send fresh, chilled or frozen tissues as well as materials meant for culture during this period.
WHOLE NEONATAL POST-MORTEM SUBMISSIONS ARE NO LONGER BEING OFFERED BY THIS SERVICE. THE SERVICE WILL NOT ACCEPT WHOLE BODIES FOR POST-MORTEM EVALUATION. INQUIRES REGARDING WHOLE BODY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
